Our room was cozy and spacious, with a king size bed and a dining table with 4-chairs. We had the highest rate room. The aircon unit really needs replacing, and the bathroom was a let-down. The hot water often turned cold or was barely warm. Food was okay, but the refill system needs work. During our stay, food often ran out while many guests still hadn’t had breakfast.

I didn’t even stay to sleep at night, despite booking 3 nights. The service, breakfast, ventilation, and hospitality were all poor. This is the worst hotel I’ve booked so far, and I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The room was big, but old. They were renovating the very top floor on the year-end day, and the noise was a real disturbance and disappointment. Breakfast was quite good.

It’s a little old, but comfortable enough overall. Close to Bogor station and the traditional market, and Go-jek and Grab can come here easily.

The standard room wasn’t clean and smelled of cigarette smoke. The price was okay, though, and breakfast was included.
