The homestay has a nice, cozy feel, good facilities, and a pleasant sense of local life. It's near the main road leading to Borobudur Temple, Pawon Temple, and Mendut Temple. Room rates are about the same as elsewhere in Wanurejo village.

Pretty good.
A nice place.
It feels like home, thanks in part to the very friendly owner. The place is clean and affordable, with cable TV, but no Wi-Fi. There are three rooms with an old Javanese feel: one has air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom, while the other two have fans. The location is strategic and comfortable, though parking is a little difficult because it's slightly off the main road.
Mas Yugi, the owner, was friendly and quick to respond. The place was clean and well maintained, with a living room decorated in a cool vintage style that feels right at home. There's also a fully equipped kitchen, with coffee and tea available to make anytime. Of the three rooms, two have fans and one has air conditioning; there are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. It was 250K per room when I stayed. I'd recommend it if you're in Borobudur.
