The staff’s kindness and professionalism stood out most. They were attentive and caring, and Rama and Tewi deserve special thanks for their warm welcome, kindness, and lovely smiles. We spent two nights here on our honeymoon, and everything felt comfortable and well organized. The hotel was beautiful and peaceful, very clean, and had a good variety of delicious food. It was a wonderful stay in every way, and we’d definitely like to come back in the future. 🤍

We especially enjoyed the ATV experience through Alasan Adventure by Alas Harum. Breakfast was delicious and filling, and the staff service felt worthy of a five-star hotel. The bedroom was comfortable, with a large mattress, and the whole place felt luxurious and classy. The bathroom was spacious too, with a separate shower and toilet, plus a big bathtub looking out to greenery and the pool. I’d highly recommend this hotel. The facilities and service are outstanding.

The welcome was lovely, and throughout our honeymoon the staff were thoughtful, kind, and attentive. They made our time in Bali even more special, and it was a real pleasure staying here. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious rooms decorated tastefully and kept spotless. My husband and I spent a few days here and had a wonderful experience. We’d happily recommend it and hope to return someday.

The spacious villa, the all-day breakfast served until 22:30, and daily minibar snack refills were nice features. Breakfast could be delivered to the room, and the French toast was delicious. But serious problems with privacy, checkout, and the spa overshadowed those positives, and ruined our stay. A strange woman walked into our private villa one day and left her shoes by the pool. The resort checked CCTV and casually said she was a guest from another villa category. Whatever her status, someone should not have been able to enter our private space so easily. It felt like the hotel failed to protect our privacy and safety. At checkout, after we’d left the room and were in our chartered car, a staff member stopped us and said the TV remote in one of our rooms was broken because its top plastic cover was missing. They demanded 300,000 IDR. We’d used it normally the night before and hadn’t dropped it. We hadn’t checked exactly what it looked like on arrival, but our driver was waiting and we were rushing to our next itinerary, so we paid instead of arguing. It felt like a “your word against mine” situation. Take photos or videos of everything at check-in and check-out so you don’t end up in the same position. We also paid for a 90-minute spa appointment at 14:30. We arrived at 14:34, filled out forms, and entered the treatment room at 14:45. They ended it right at 16:00, so we got only 75 minutes of massage. The spa was expensive, and the massage bed pillows smelled bad. The hardware and food were good, but we won’t return.
