The room felt like a warehouse or a pigsty, with sweat smells and water marks. The toilet smelled and was full of rubbish, and the beds, sheets and pillows were filthy and hadn’t been changed. I didn’t get the breakfast that was included in my package, and had to pay 35K to order it separately. This was the worst and most uncomfortable lodging experience of my travels. The place was very unkempt and unpleasant to use, and the service was bad. They didn’t accommodate my request either. I’m a solo traveler, and this has been my worst experience. Everything was very bad, and I really don’t want to return. I strongly advise against staying here or spending your vacation here. It’s been a real run of bad luck for me, one star for this property.

Whether you call this a hotel or an apartment, both need to be looked after, bachelor. When I arrived, there was a hospital sink, a wet bathroom cloth and no drain cover. The sheets had lots of white marks, and stuffing was coming out of the pillow, yet it was still being used for guests. There were cigarette butts all over the balcony, no cupboard, no lunch room and no free wifi. The TV remote had no battery, and there was no soap like at most hotels. The hotel was really BAD. At checkout, nobody even said sorry. They only offered to change rooms, with no guarantee. You took my money and are earning your salary blind, but I’m happy with my charge money too.

If you’re coming from out of town, be careful. You can travel a long way and arrive tired only to be turned away. They said there was an IPL problem with the room, but it was still being sold. I was told to book through Agoda, but with another owner rather than Hotel O. Hotel O was so nice to cancel my booking. Just so you know, an Agoda refund doesn’t come back straight away and can take up to 3 months. I was surprised by that. I shared a photo while waiting for the refund process, but instead they asked me to email. That was my second surprise.

The website said Wi-Fi was available, but there wasn’t any, and the supposed cafe area photo was actually of the inside of a McDonald's. The service made the stay unsettling. At the start, I was told I’d have to hand over my passport during my stay. That made me extremely anxious, although it was sorted out by paying a deposit. I’ve stayed in a lot of places, and this was the most unsettling hotel I’ve been in.

The location was easy to get to, and the service was quick. My room was immaculate and had all the amenities I needed. I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
