The location is a real plus, close to both the city center and the beach. We also got an upgrade, which was nice, and the service was good. For the relatively low price, the stay was fine. The room could use some work: the shower was a little rusty and the bed was just okay. Breakfast was so-so, with limited choices and room to improve the taste.

The room was extremely dirty, the AC didn't work, and the hospitality was awful. Find another hotel.

4/10
The air conditioner was nice and cool, and reception was friendly, but the rest of the room was awful. It smelled terrible and was stained, cracked, and dirty, especially the bathroom. There was a centipede, and the drain needed fixing. The lobby also smelled of smoke. The WiFi makes no sense, and the soap seemed questionable, though at least there was beer.

We enjoyed the swimming pool and the breakfast, which had lots of variety. Our basic double room worked for our family with three toddlers, though the only place to charge devices was in the bathroom. The service could have been quicker. Still, I'd recommend the hotel.

For 375k, it's not bad. The rooms feel old and the door handles don't work very well, but the service is great. Breakfast was very good too, with fruit, laksa, Soto ayam, toast, and more.
