We left right away without staying the night because the room felt so unhealthy. There was a lot of mold and the air was thick and hard to breathe. The sheets, blankets, and towels were dirty, yellowish, and visibly stained, and the bathroom was very inconvenient. The whole place felt unhygienic, and the rooms looked nothing like the online pictures. The staff were kind and tried their best, which made us feel bad for them, but the accommodation itself was unacceptable. Later, we were told by message that we wouldn’t get a refund if we wrote a negative review. We held off posting one, hoping to sort things out fairly, but no refund ever came and our follow-up messages were ignored. I’m sharing this now to describe what happened and let future guests know. The listing set expectations that the stay didn’t meet.

The room didn’t match what was shown on their booking account. There wasn’t even a table, and there was no water in the toilet. We could hear people banging in the next room. I wasn’t expecting much at that price, but in person it was far worse. Not worth spending your money, even if you’re trying to save.

Good value for a day or a week, and close to everything you need. In Kuta Lombok, it’s a good cheap place to stay, with a decent room for 200k - 250k.

The owner said we’d get our money back since we hadn’t checked in or stayed in the room. We had to discuss it for a few days, but eventually did get the refund, which was nice. We cancelled on booking com as soon as we saw the room and didn’t even check in. The sheets, pillows, and everything else were moldy and dirty. We didn’t expect much for the price, but those hygiene conditions could cause health problems. Be prepared for very low standards if you pay so little. I wouldn’t recommend staying there.

We were happy with the price, knowing this was a no-frills place. Our room was a bit battered, but clean, and the two queen beds were comfortable for us and the kids. There was no hot water, though the cold water was pleasantly cool. It worked fine for a cheap place to sleep and rinse off after the sea. One annoyance was that the water seemed to get shut off completely around 10 pm. A late shower or an urgent midnight trip to the loo could be a problem, but if you go out and ask, they’ll turn it back on for you.
