For a solo traveller, the smart room is just right and good value for the price. Room service is wonderfully cheap, there's a water dispenser on every floor, and customer service is very helpful.

The room was dirty and tiny, and the cream and blue walls don't match. Water was dripping from the ceiling. Come on, why not repaint the walls and fix the ceiling so guests can enjoy their stay and feel confident about the hotel?

The room was inconvenient overall. There was barely space in the bathroom, and guest amenities weren't available. The TV channels didn't work properly, and with no telephone line in the room, I had to keep going down to the lobby. I hope you can sort these things out in the future, thanks.

It's a casual place, really just somewhere to sleep and bathe. The facilities feel incomplete, and at this price I think I could find somewhere with more.

Good value for the money, in a quiet part of the city. Just note that there was no hand soap or toothbrush.
