The pool is long enough for swimming laps, which is unusual compared with most pools around Bali. I also liked the simple gym, with free weights, a treadmill, a bike, and a pleasant view. The cocktails were delicious too, especially at happy hour 🤗. It’s set in a quiet corner of the island, and the architecture fits nicely with the natural surroundings. The rooms feel comfortable and elegant, and the staff are attentive, well trained, and polite. A wonderful spot for a holiday.

The pick-up and drop-off went smoothly, which made the day easy and stress-free. My girlfriend and I booked the Javanese Traditional Spa package at Maua Nusa Penida Resort, and it was an amazing experience. We could choose our own oil scent, and the staff welcomed us warmly as soon as we arrived. The therapists were very professional, and the treatment was pure bliss. Afterward we had a romantic dinner, and the food was the best we’ve ever had. The chef brought out every dish personally, explained each one in detail, and checked through the evening that everything met our standards. The service was exceptional, and dinner was five stars in every way. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for something special in Nusa Penida. A day we’ll never forget! ✨🌸🍽️

We ordered room service quite a bit because the hotel is remote, which was peaceful but made getting to other places a little inconvenient. The food surprised us: it tasted great and was plated beautifully. We stayed three nights recently and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent all around. Breakfast had loads of options and plenty of good food served at the table, with incredible views. We also loved the JAMU health shot!

Our villa had a private pool and a breathtaking sunset view, just as we’d hoped when we asked for one with the best view. It was so comfortable, and watching the sun set from our own pool was unforgettable. After a long journey with a toddler, we especially appreciated how smooth and efficient check-in was. Mr. Anggiat welcomed us with genuine warmth and, along with his team, went out of his way to make us feel valued. Kriss also deserves a mention for being attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, always making sure we had what we needed. The hospitality and service were top-notch from start to finish. We won’t soon forget the experience, and highly recommend it for a luxurious, relaxing getaway.
