RedDoorz Plus near Grage City Mall

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the parking area is very large, and the receptionist and staff are friendly. It's a nice local hotel for a family stay, and it was still a good place for a weekend or a few days with family when I updated this on 26 Feb 2022. We stayed again for a family weekend on 23 July 2022. After we came back from a day outside, the hotel manager had left us a delicious chocolate cream cake to thank us for being regular customers. It really touched us, and we appreciated it a lot.

There are three room options, starting at 150K and up, and the place was great for my one-night business trip. The employees were warm, especially Mrs. Iis at reception. She was humble and gave me a pep talk I'll remember. I didn't get to try the pool because work ran late, but there is also a restaurant if you want something to eat. It's a good, affordable, down-to-earth hotel. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in Cirebon and looking around.

For 300k we got a deluxe twin room with breakfast, and the food was surprisingly tasty for the price: fried rice, fried noodles, chicken, bread, and one kind of fruit. There weren't many choices, but you can also order food to your room very cheaply. The pool is small, though it was enough for my kids to enjoy. The room and toilet were clean, the water heater worked well, the AC was very cold, and they even provided toiletries and sandals. Now and then there was a bad smell from the toilet, but it didn't really bother us. The staff were nice, especially the receptionist, and I'll definitely come back. I didn't like seeing a man smoking inside the room opposite ours, room 406. I'm a smoker too, but I don't smoke indoors. The hotel should clearly post that smoking is prohibited and set a fine for violations. We paid 150k for an extra bed with breakfast, but it was just foam and too soft; it should be a real bed at that price. The extra blanket was thin too, and the AC was cold.

The price felt fair for what was provided. The room was clean, the sheets comfortable, and there was plenty of parking. Service was very good, with staff who set a high standard for looking after guests.
