Be careful with this place. It's unclear whether it's really a hotel or more of a boarding house, and it's in a densely populated area. The entrance is locked by 10 pm, so we couldn't get in, and the guard was irresponsible. @traveloka, please reconsider working with this agent.

The car entrance was fenced off and padlocked. I contacted the staff, but they offered no solution, and I couldn't even get inside to check the room or service. The hotel is in a densely populated area. I'd already paid, but the whole situation was unclear.

This hotel is lousy, and so is the security guard. I even ordered a Gojek to see if anyone was on duty. I got the guard's number, but there was no response, even though I had requested a refund.

We paid through the app, but the hotel is down an alley and its front gate was padlocked. How are guests supposed to get in? We paid and ended up feeling cheated by this hotel and the Traveloka app.

I only missed having a kitchen. If there were one, I could make plain Indomie with eggs, the sort of thing boarding school kids eat.
