I decided on one star because there were too many problems, even though the stay had a few good points. The service was very friendly and polite, my phone and wallet were safe in the room when we went out to eat, and the TV had lots of channels. The bed setup in the king room was uncomfortable: it was just two single beds pushed together, so the middle was awkward to sleep on. The curtains were so thin they could be seen through from outside, and the bathroom had no clothes hanger. There was also a ventilation opening in the bathroom visible from outside. The water often stopped running, the air conditioner didn't cool the room, and the adult pool was very dirty. Noise carried loudly through the wooden room floor, especially when small children next door were running around, which really disturbed the peace. The restaurant was already closed at 6 pm, too.
