The room's mattress was hard, and the whole place was filthy. No hot water, just a small glass of mineral water, and even the shower supplies were missing. The TV didn't work. What a terrible place, I'm fed up with it. Don't stay here.

The worst part was the receptionist locking the gate and leaving to break their fast, apparently forgetting that guests might need to go out for dinner or have a medical emergency. That kind of negligence is unacceptable. My stay was extremely disappointing. The toilets were broken, the rooms smelled strongly because of poor ventilation and high moisture, and the large pool was in a complete mess.

There were lots of insects, including geckos, cockroaches, mosquitoes, and flies. The hotel wasn't very clean, and there was no service, towels, shampoo, or shower gel.

The location is okay, and the staff were friendly and responsive. Still, the place needs renovation. My room felt a bit damp and didn't look like the advertised pictures, though maybe that's because I picked a cheap room, I'm not sure. There's no hot water, but you can buy it. Breakfast isn't included, and it gets terribly cold at night, especially during the rainy season.
