The rooms are really dirty and feel like they haven't been cleaned. The 150.000 room's air conditioning doesn't work, while the air-conditioned room costs 200.000. There's no compromise from the owner, who insists on his price. This feels like a scam on Agoda. Don't go here!

The place seemed remote and quite filthy, and the Wi-Fi wasn't working. Their booking system didn't work either. At reception they refused to give me the room at the price on my booking, saying it was wrong and I had to pay more. I wouldn't pay extra, and asked them to cancel so I could get a full refund. I'm still waiting for it. I've been scammed by OYO one more time. OYO seems to be synonymous with scam once again.

They told us the booking price was wrong and charged us double after we arrived. Then they said we weren't in their system and should contact booking, even though we showed them the confirmation. The place also looks terrible, smells really bad, and is messy. A terrible place. Find somewhere else.

Please refund my booking payment. Ratu htl's officer took the payment and cancelled it when she realized she'd checked the wrong room type to check the price, then realized the price from OYO was the same.

They cancelled the booking and didn't refund me. OYO are just scammers. The same thing happened at another hotel. Never pay in advance.
