The shower has no head, so the water hits like a laser beam. There's no bathroom ventilation either, and at night it feels like sleeping in a toilet. Customer service was bad. The person I spoke with might have been the owner.

The room and location were okay, but check-in left me frustrated. They asked what I'd paid through the OTA, then wanted me to cover the difference if a discount had lowered the room price. If you won't pay, they tell you to leave, even though most bookings can't be refunded. My room was standard for a cheap hotel, with only cold water and no hot shower. They didn't explain the WiFi at check-in, and after the way I was treated, I couldn't be bothered to ask.

The sheets were clean, but the room itself was a bit dirty. They let you borrow a broom if you want to clean it yourself. The paint had some strange marks on it, and I'd count hot water as a matter of luck. The WiFi was good, though.

The toilet wasn't very good, and there were a few insects inside that scared me, so I wore sandals. There was no shower and no warm water. The rest was okay.
