The rent is about average, and after a month here I'm still staying. The room is clean and comfortable, with housekeeping twice a week. It comes with a refrigerator, TV, wardrobe, dressing table with a big mirror, air conditioning, a shower water heater, sink, small balcony, and free parking. Just watch the electricity use, because the bill can get pretty high if you don't manage it carefully, lol.
