I regret paying 270K rupiah to sleep in a place that felt unlivable. The room reconstruction needs improvement because it felt dangerous for guests. When I arrived to check in at night, the staff member was asleep and said, "Sorry, I'm on the night guard alone and so sleepy." I don't care whether they're alone on night guard or not, that was inappropriate and a bad attitude during a work shift. Please improve the quality of this place. The staff aren't friendly.

The staff seemed untrained, spoke quietly, and came across as undisciplined and lacking manners. I found the hotel uncomfortable and wouldn't recommend it, especially with the strange feeling I got from everything there. The promotional pictures may look nice, but the reality was different: broken glass, scratched wallpaper, a cheap broken toilet, funny-smelling water, and a very isolated location.

It takes a bit longer to get here from the main street, but we loved the place and the people. The service was very good and friendly, and the rooms and service felt like four-star quality despite the low price. It looked like the pictures. It might be better to provide a basic toiletries kit and a drink, though that could affect the price. Thanks so much for your kindness.

The hotel is actually really good and cheap, and you can get a great room. The staff weren't very friendly or helpful, though, and we found dirty pillows only minutes before we were going to check out.
