It was noisy until midnight, and the hair dryer was useless. The room and towel smelled, the bathroom was dirty, and the staff weren’t kind. They didn’t refill the mineral water for the next day. Watch out for a dangerous floor area beside the lift. There’s no sign there.

The biggest annoyance was the garbage smell along the room corridor. Check-in went smoothly, and the room was okay, though the bathroom door and bedside table need some attention and the drainage really needs fixing. Service also needs a lot of improvement. At breakfast, some food labels didn’t match the dishes, and a few things, especially dessert, were tasteless. Staff should be more attentive. The sign says the pool opens at 6 am, but it was still very dirty, with no towels ready, while staff chatted loudly nearby. There’s a lot of work to do on the service.

I enjoyed the food, especially the taste that suits Javaness touge, and swimming here was refreshing and peaceful. The staff service was pretty nice, thank you. Some facilities in the room seem ready to retire, hehe. The towel and blanket looked old and a little broken, so replacing them would be nice. The hall on the way to the room didn’t smell very nice and could use an upgrade, and the cleanliness of the glasses needs more attention. For a three star hotel, there’s a lot that needs upgrading 😊

Room service was nice and the food was quite good. The bathroom water heater works very quickly, and there’s a smart TV that can play things from a USB flash drive. My only minus was the bathroom hair dryer, which has no adjustment.

The room had enough space, and the bed was comfortable. The sheets and towels were clean. The hotel needs renovation and pest control.
