The location is good, but the sheets were dirty, yellow-stained, and smelly. The room smelled too, and the towels were unpleasant enough that I couldn't bring myself to shower there.

For a remote area, this is a nice quality hotel, and the hospitality was good. Thanks to Miss Ella and the team for being kind and looking after us well. I enjoyed staying here. One thing, there wasn't enough hot water for a bath, so we had to be quick before it ran out.

The price felt too high for what was offered, especially with a luxury motto and no early check-in. The listing said rooms were available 24 hours, but I couldn't check in early, even though other rooms were empty. I waited six hours after driving more than 13 hours from Banten. The staff didn't seem to care about my situation and just wanted to rest. The welcome was unpleasant and the service was very bad. What a joke.

Just a few meters from Arjuna Temple, this hotel has large rooms and a tasty breakfast. The staff were friendly, there was hot water, and Wi-Fi was free.
