The weather and the view were lovely, but the room didn’t come close to what I expected. I’d booked a family suite with two double beds, tucked away at the back with no other guests around. The room, bathroom, and sheets were all dirty. It felt creepy at night, so I checked out first thing in the morning. A terrible experience.

Our room faced the park and pool, and it was spacious, with two double beds. I booked a Deluxe Family Room through Agoda at a very good price. Check-in took a while because they were having internet trouble. The hotel is inside Taman Wisata Kopeng; tell the staff at the gate you’re staying at the hotel and they’ll let you in without charging for entrance tickets.
