I stayed for 12 nights and was very happy with the privacy. I barely noticed my neighbors, which mattered a lot to me. The room was cleaned daily when requested, with fresh towels and so on. Breakfast was great, the staff were always helpful, and the climate control worked well. It’s a bit expensive, but you get a lot for the price. Highly recommended if, like me, you value privacy, quality, and good staff.

For my 25th wedding anniversary, I celebrated at this pool villa, and they decorated the room just as I’d asked. They also arranged a beautifully decorated candlelight dinner. The staff helped take some wonderful photos and videos, which made the day even more memorable. Special thanks to Ada Putu Widi, Ekka, Andy, Gunawan , Dan Dayu Ratna, who all helped make the arrangements perfect.

The service was very good, and everyone was really friendly. They put a lot of effort into decorating the room and the outdoor space. I wasn’t keen on how the rooms were laid out, though, and there was quite a bit of confusion with management before they fixed things.
