We had a really good stay. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive. They kept the room tidy and made sure we had what we needed. There's a private pool for guests among the bungalows, which was a nice extra. Breakfast can be included in the room rate. I had coffee and an omelet, both of which tasted great. It was lovely and peaceful sitting there in the morning.

I spent a whole week at Alibaba Bungalows and felt at home from the start. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and smiling, and Aloa at the front desk brought such a lovely warmth each day. The service from the whole team felt genuinely caring. I tried two rooms, first a standard room and then a bungalow. Both were spotless, cozy, and comfortable. The bungalow was more spacious and nicely decorated, with a lovely terrace. It's worth paying extra for if your budget allows. The pool was clean and well kept, a good place to unwind after the beach. The beach is just steps away across from the hotel, handy for a sunrise or a quick swim. I also enjoyed the restaurant, both the food and the atmosphere. It was such a peaceful, happy week. Alibaba and the team made my time on Gili Air memorable, and I'd return in a heartbeat. 🌴✨

A quiet spot just steps from the ocean, with lovely sunrises and good places nearby for snorkeling, dive courses, and relaxed drinks or meals. The staff are super friendly and ready to help with anything. Rooms have good air conditioning, there's a nice pool, and daily cleaning. Breakfast is included, simple but good, and the place is good value.
