We booked three nights at first, then stayed for seven. The included breakfast impressed me so much: I had an amazing smoothie bowl every morning. The guys were very friendly and kept the rooms and property clean. We'll make this hotel our home whenever we're back on Gili Air. One thing to know is that you can hear the call to prayer. The hotel can't control it, but it can be annoying. I'm an extremely light sleeper, though I managed to sleep with white noise turned all the way up. The black bath towels could also be replaced. I think they air-dry them, and they feel a bit crunchy.

I stayed an extra night because Jago Gili Air really felt like home. The staff made the experience, always welcoming and smiling, remembering everyone's names, and happy to chat. The place itself is beautiful, with comfortable beds, daily cleaning, and a really yummy breakfast included. It's central and easy to get around on foot, with lots of recommendations too. I'll absolutely be back.

We spent four lovely nights at Hotel Jago and would gladly return. The owner and his wife deserve a special thank you for the care and heart they put into running it. From our first moments, the whole staff made us feel welcome, and everyone was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. Thanks to the team for such a great stay. I felt right at home at Jago, the most amazing resort I've stayed at. Winston and Hari are superstars. Our room was beautiful, and the bathroom was stunning. I also appreciated having good shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Can't wait to come back!

I've stayed here many times, and it's always been a fantastic experience. Jago is right on the main street, with all the best restaurants around it and just a five-minute walk from the harbour. The staff are amazing and always helpful. There's a lovely pool area, and the rooms are spacious, spotless, and really comfortable. One of my favorite places to stay on Gili Air.
