June 2017: We found bed bugs in two different rooms, so we chose not to stay and the owner cancelled our booking. There was even a mattress in the storage room, probably infested. Luckily, we hadn't put our backpacks in there. The place is also very close to the mosque, so I don't think you'd be able to sleep if they prayed at night.

I ate at Jibril restaurant but didn't stay in the guest house. The food was the best I found on Gili Air, and the prices were reasonable. I recommend the seafood curry. It was so delicious I could hardly believe it!
