Nobi Gili Cottages

Breakfast was good, and the staff serving it were friendly. The rooms themselves were nice enough, but the service around our stay was awful. We paid weeks ahead for two rooms for four people, then arrived at the agreed check-in time and were told to come back in an hour. Even after waiting another hour and a half in the heat, they said only one room was available. After half an hour of arguing with the grumpy man at meno turtle cottages, two of us were placed there and one at noby cottages, even though we had paid to stay next to each other. We just needed the Aircon by then. Finding noby cottages was nearly impossible: there was no entrance sign, and it wasn't where Google maps showed it. The entrance was actually at meno turtle cottages, where the staff were grumpy and unwelcoming. The WiFi didn't work at all. The next day, after we came back from the beach, there was no water or electricity, and the host at noby cottages was nowhere to be found. The man at meno turtle cottages wasn't much help either. It took two hours for things to come back on, while we sat in the heat. We had paid a little more than usual for a birthday treat, and wouldn't recommend staying here.

A short walk from the harbor, with reasonable prices. The owner was friendly, and the bungalows are spacious and nice. They come with air conditioning, a fridge and WiFi, plus a free breakfast with delicious options. Recommended.

The garden was lovely, the bathroom was perfect, and the AC worked well. The room was okay, though a few spots weren't very clean and had dust. Staff were nice, and the breakfast was good. It was possible to have it later than the posted time when my stomach wasn't feeling well, and they brought it when I asked. The place is about five minutes from the harbour and twenty minutes from the other side. I'd recommend it, around a 9 for me.
