Aston Sunset Beach Resort,Gili Trawangan

The evening atmosphere was a real highlight. They put on free outdoor movies every day, and watching under the stars with the sea breeze was memorable. The meals were good, with plenty to choose from, and it was especially nice eating near the beach. Aston Sunset Beach Resort Gili Trawangan sits right by the beach on a quieter side of the island, with lovely ocean views and one of Gili T’s best sunset spots. Waking to the waves and having breakfast with a sea view felt peaceful. The property has a calm feel that would suit couples, friends, or solo travelers looking to relax. The staff were warm, polite, and helpful from check-in through the daily service. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the resort was well maintained. I had a great stay and would recommend it to people visiting Gili Trawangan.

The movie night had such a good vibe, and the sound system was so powerful it felt like being inside the film. A nice place to relax and enjoy the evening. Some people nearby were a bit noisy, mostly video calling instead of watching. The staff were friendly, and Adi at the bar gave me such a warm welcome. I liked his relaxed Australian way of talking 😆✌️. I’m glad I stopped by. Sometimes it’s the people you meet, as much as the view or movie, that make a place stick with you. Hopefully I can come back next year 🤍

The open-air movie screening across the road was a fun way to unwind with food and drinks in the evening. The resort was spacious, so it never felt crowded, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed for two nights while visiting Gili Trawangan during our Bali trip. The resort is on the quieter side of the island, which made for a peaceful stay. The property was beautiful, surrounded by greenery and well maintained, and our room was clean and comfortable. It was a great mix of comfort, nature, and a laid-back feel.

The evening movie was a lovely extra, and we really enjoyed it. The pool was great, with an especially helpful pool attendant. Everyone on staff was kind, attentive, and ready to help. The food was delicious, especially the Indian dishes. A wonderful experience at Gilli, highly recommended!
