Casus Dream Hotel

The room was big and clean, and the staff were friendly. They did a nice job cleaning it when we asked. The hotel has two lovely cats hanging around, and the Wi-Fi was decent by the pool and chill area, though a little inconsistent in the room. It's a nice, quiet place for Gili T, just around the corner from the beach. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet stay.

The location is great and really convenient, and the staff are lovely. There's plenty of room to park a bike. But my partner and I were covered in bites. At first we thought they were loads of mosquito bites, but after looking into it, we found out they were bed bugs. Stay well away unless you want to be covered in bites.

Being two minutes from the sea was a huge plus, and we were sure to spot sea turtles there. The rooms also had a working fridge, TV, and kettle, and I’d stay again. The staff were lovely and worked hard, the rooms were cleaned with real attention, breakfast was good and delivered to the room, the cats were adorable, and the pool was warm and regularly cleaned. There were some practical annoyances, though. The bathroom door wouldn’t close fully, the WiFi was poor, and the room doors swung open even when locked. The shower was never very warm and only trickled. We tried four sets of rented snorkel masks before finding one that worked, after swallowing plenty of seawater. Both rented bikes had flat tyres just two minutes into the ride, and only one lock worked. We had to chain them together, but they wouldn’t stay upright and fell over with the slightest touch. I’d come back, but I’d really want reliable WiFi and a bathroom door that closes.

We wound up extending our stay because we enjoyed spending time with Erik, Allan, and the cats. Erik, Allan, and the whole team were lovely and took great care of us. Thanks for such a fantastic visit to Casus!
