The staff at the little shops on the street were my favorite part, just friendly hellos and that OG feeling of gilli, with no hustlers. The street comes straight off the pier and has everything you need. You're near the night area but far enough from the noise. The place is affordable and comfortable, with a pool that's kept up well. It's not fancy, but good enough.

The host really cared about his guests and was kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Our room was very clean and big enough for the three of us. It's a really good hostel on the main street, about a four-minute walk to the beach. Super recommended. Thank you Ya! :)

We paid 350000 rupee a night for a family, which seemed fair. We had two kids with us, and it was kid friendly. You can rent bikes here, and they even have a seat for KIDS. The pool is nice after a day at the beach, about 400 m away, a four-minute walk. There are lots of places to eat nearby, from local warungs with Balinese food to regular restaurants serving western food, though you'll spend a lot more at those. The room was clean and cosy. The big beds are pretty old but comfortable. Staff, well, sometimes you can't find them 😞😅

The owner was really welcoming, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was good too, and they even had free bikes. Great value on a cozy island. Just be ready for mosquitoes and the mosque beginning prayers early!
