The guard was really rude. At checkout, they made us wait while they checked first, as if they didn't trust us and thought we might have taken something. Earlier, the power had gone out, so I couldn't check in even though I'd paid through the app, and I couldn't get a refund. The manager should have let the guests who were already staying come in first, since maybe they wanted to rest. Instead, nobody talked it through with us and we were just told to wait for the power to return. The AC was cold, but there were no toiletries or blankets, and only one bottle of drinking water.

The sheets were dirty and itchy, and the room looked shabby. The bathroom smelled, and the AC didn't get cold. Please fix this, Boss Cengli.
10/10
A cheap place to stay, with plenty of space and good cleanliness.
