I’ve lived here since 2012, and it’s been a comfortable home for couples and families with kids. It has what we need and is near plenty of public transport. You can register a vehicle for parking at rp. 120rb/mo. The pest problem has returned over the last 2-3 years, especially in Tower C. I used to have a unit in B and now live in C. We took serious steps against the cockroaches years ago and it worked, but management has been busy fixing the road and paving blocks instead. That maintenance choice seems ridiculous and inefficient. I understand the need to raise maintenance fees. Please use them wisely for residents and the welfare of MGR's staff, including proper outsourching. Thnks.

Don’t buy or rent here. The apartment is super noisy, so getting proper rest is hard. You can hear noise from the unit above through the thin ceiling, and house renovations go on for a long time. They spray for mosquitoes at 5AM, people shout loudly enough for their voices to carry into the corridor, and the property management is very slow and lax about enforcing house rules.

There aren’t many parking spaces, especially when it’s busy. Sometimes you have to drive out and come back in just to look for a spot. There’s no designated wheelchair parking area either.

A decent place for small families and senior citizens. The units are quiet, and the apartment has some good facilities, including swimming pools and a gym.
