The room was clean, which was a plus, but there’s room for improvement. The TV only gets local channels, and you can still hear outside noise since the hotel isn’t really soundproof. The air conditioning wasn’t cold enough even at its lowest setting. Also be careful with the water, it heats up fast and I nearly burned my skin. It’s a budget hotel, so don’t expect anything fancy.

The night staff were helpful and moved me to level 3 when the air conditioner leaked. Then Yusdi told me I had to move back to level 2, and the room was rented to someone else. He was also inflexible about guest requests and came across as unhelpful and dodgy, like he had other plans he wasn’t explaining. He’s hard to miss, always at the front desk checking people in and out. The other staff were polite, to be fair. I switched to Park5 nearby, which cost more but was much better. A miserable stay, and I wouldn’t return. Give this place a miss.

There’s a parking area and a small meeting space, and my room was clean. The TV, towel, and hot and cold water all worked. Nearby you’ll find a shop/alfamidi, bakso and mie ayam places, and other small shops. The homestay is well located and inexpensive. I only stayed one night, but I’d come back for a short stay sometime.

Lots of food and shops nearby, including Alfamidi, bakso Bagong, Ayam kremes, Soto Mie, Gudeg, and Kimia farma. The homestay is affordable and conveniently located, with parking and a small meeting spot. The room was clean, and the TV, towel, and hot and cold water worked.
