The staff were helpful, and the bed was very large. We changed rooms because the air conditioning in the first one wasn't cold. The view was a disaster, or really no view at all, just a wall. At 10:20 in the morning the room was completely dark, with no daylight because of it. The elevator from the parking garage to the lobby was broken. As a family, we felt out of place; most of the other guests seemed to be party guests or people there for look call girls.
The café is just downstairs, where you can choose a breakfast menu, and the food didn't disappoint. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff hospitable, and the price not too high. It's also near Emporium Mall. Five stars for this hotel.
A good choice if you're not counting on amenities. Bring your own entertainment, pleasure, or company.
An affordable, comfortable hotel in Pluit. Just note that breakfast has to be ordered in advance; it's not a buffet.
The rooms are spacious and the Wi-Fi is good. Staff are friendly, and most can speak English. Great value too.
