Mba Intan was a big help, and we had a great short stay. The restaurant was better than I expected, with tasty food and a pleasant atmosphere where we could unwind after a long day. The room was clean and comfortable too. I'd consider coming back.

I was looking for Indonesian food as soon as I arrived in Indonesia, and there were lots of choices. Sister Helda at the restaurant was always cheerful, smiling, and ready to help. The service staff were very good overall, and it suited our family, including the kids and parents. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

It took a while to check in because there were just two receptionists when I arrived. The room was nice, though I noticed some dirt in the soap dish, and the food was good. The hotel is fairly close to many places in Jakarta. Miss Intan at the restaurant also explained how I could use my membership for benefits on a future stay.

The room is spacious, and the hotel is near the toll gate with plenty of food vendors nearby. The rice in our in-room breakfast was hard. The central AC felt hot, even in the lift, and the lift doors shut so quickly that they could be dangerous for children. The bins were inconvenient too, with heavy lids you had to lift by hand, which felt unhygienic.

The food was good, and we got evening snacks, but the small playground looked poorly maintained, which was disappointing. Maybe the hotel is aimed more at business travelers. The padel court wasn't available during our stay either.
