We booked and paid for two rooms for three nights, from 9-12 May 2025, but when we arrived there was only one available. I asked about cancelling and was told the money would be returned within a few days. It never was. I've tried contacting the property and got no reply; Booking also said the property wasn't answering. Booking told me their system showed we hadn't shown up, which makes no sense because we went there and found only one room available. I don't know why they did that, but it feels like they took my money on purpose even though we didn't stay at all. This wasn't our fault: we paid for two rooms and only one was available. We were also shocked to see constructors sleeping in front of the place. It didn't look safe. So be careful if you book here.

After a long trip, the last thing I needed was to arrive and find nobody there. I had to call from the front door before someone from next door came out. Then I waited more than 30 minutes with no response. I was already tired and got really annoyed. My first arrival here was uncomfortable, even though I'd booked ahead. The service was bad and very unfriendly. I swear, don't stay here. Not recommended 👎👎👎👎👎👎
