Comfortable 2BR with Office Room at Somerset Berlian Kebayoran Lama Apartment

There was plenty of room for my family, and it had the basic things we needed. The price was very affordable, and I had a good stay. I’d recommend it for families with a lot of members.

We come back to this hotel whenever we visit Jakarta because the team’s service is so good. The warm welcome from the staff, both past and present, means a lot to us. Robby, Miftah, Yudha, Prema, Callista and Cynthia made my parents’ recent trip especially lovely. Thank you all, and hope to see you next year ☺️🫶

I can’t speak to the stay itself, since we checked out soon after arriving, but the staff at Somerset Berlian Jakarta were so kind and understanding. We’d paid for February 19 to February 21 and added breakfast at check-in, then realized the serviced residence wasn’t what we needed. We explained our mistake at the front desk and left. Shortly afterward, management contacted us and offered to refund everything, including breakfast, which we hadn’t expected and really appreciated. The reception staff seemed genuinely sad to see us go, and their warmth touched me. Thank you for being so caring and professional 🙏💛🥹✨

The peaceful location away from the noisy city was a big plus for us. The apartment felt like home, with an airy, spacious room, simple furniture, a full kitchen, and even a washing machine. Loved the place.
