Fine for a budget stay or transit, but don't expect much. The photos and the actual place are very different in quality. My room was surprisingly small, though it did have a kitchenette. There were stains on the walls and sofa, broken tiles in places, and no sign of repainting. I don't think the floors had been dusted or mopped. The AC was placed oddly too, and I couldn't figure out why they'd put it there. I don't know how to rate the atmosphere or facilities, and I wouldn't expect much from either. The location is easy to find, the parking area is spacious, and I had no issue with the staff. If you're looking to save money and only need a place to sleep for a few hours, give it a go. For somewhere comfortable and clean, I don't think this is the right choice.

I was happy with my month here. The room was comfortable and had a view of the Jakarta skyline. It was easy to order food and other items online, with a designated place for deliveries, and the staff were very friendly. My only issue was a loose shower fitting. Overall, I was satisfied.

The location is strategic, but traffic from the main road is so loud at night and on Sunday mornings, when people are trying to rest. The security and cleaning staff were the exceptions in an otherwise terrible experience living at Cove. There was mold on the walls and fungus in the toilet, and the payment process was a mess. They charged me an extra 6ish Million because of what may have been human error or a system miscalculation. Even three months after I checked out, they were still charging me for the next tenant's laundry bills.

I won't stay here again. The lift was out of service at night, so we had to walk up from the 1st floor to the 8th.
