Getting back from work around 2 AM on our second night, my team and I found the main gate locked. We rang the bell and called out several times, but nobody answered, and it seemed there was no staff on duty. We ended up going back to the office to rest. That was frustrating, especially since most hotels let guests in around the clock. The booking platform even listed check-in until 4 AM, which made us think late entry would be possible. It was nothing like we expected, and I hope management takes it seriously. We stayed two nights for work. At first the room looked tidy, with the bed and blanket neatly made, but cleanliness was only average. There was dust in the corners, and the sheet and blanket had light stains and looked worn. Some wallpaper was peeling, and the room had a faint musty smell, like it hadn't been aired out. The TV remote only handled basic things such as power and playing or pausing YouTube. At least the AC worked well, and the water pressure was strong and the water clean.
