The key card failed on me two nights in a row in the second room. Its RFID battery was empty, and the hotel didn't seem to learn from the first problem. After working late, I had to go back downstairs because I couldn't get into my room. Before that, the water heater in my first room stayed cold even after I left it running for 20 minutes. When I called, they told me to wait five minutes, then treated the matter as settled. I moved rooms, where the heater worked, but the repeated door trouble continued. The hotel is old and poorly maintained, with too few staff. The bed and pillows were old and stained, and the AC made a noisy, unbalanced-propeller sound. I didn't recover well here, so I wouldn't choose this hotel.

The price is affordable for the Sudirman area, and the room itself is pretty nice for what you pay. Mayapada Tower is nearby, as are Karet Transjakarta, the MRT, Sudirman KRL, and even Dukuh Atas LRT. The toilet and shower are old and rustic, though, and the hot water sometimes fails. WiFi was slow and unreliable, so I used my own internet. Some providers also get a weak signal here. You get what you pay for, but I still had a good stay overall.

The staff were friendly, and the location made getting around convenient. I stayed two nights. The room was clean enough and decent, but it felt worn and dated. The furniture had plenty of scratches and stains, and although the shower was reasonably clean, the glass was covered in watermarks. Management could pay more attention to these room details.

The photos show what my room looked like when I checked in, including the black dots, which were bugs. I don't know what standards the people calling the rooms clean are using. The AC smelled moldy when switched on, and both the pillowcases and pillows were stained, so I didn't use them. I only stayed two nights and slept very few hours there. If that hadn't been the case, I'd have changed hotels.
