A spacious, clean, cozy suite at an affordable price, and the location made getting around South Jakarta easy. The staff were friendly and helpful during my visit. It worked well for my trip, whether for business or leisure. I'd stay at Swiss-Belhotel Simatupang again.

The welcome at the lobby was friendly, from both the security guard and receptionist. The location is convenient, near Points and Lebak Bulus MRT, but the breakfast service ruined the comfortable start to our stay. The staff member ANISA checked room numbers in a harsh, curt way. She should speak politely to guests. Every staff member needs to maintain a proper attitude. We had respect for the hotel at first, but being treated poorly made that feel meaningless. I ask the General Manager of Swiss-Bellinn Simatupang (Lebak Bulus) to evaluate ANISA's conduct toward guests coming for breakfast. It was NOT GOOD.

The upper-floor view was quite nice, and the room was clean with clear water. The front office staff were friendly and helpful. They left a birthday greeting on the mirror and brought a cake too, plus a really cute towel doll. Excellent ☺️🙏🏻

I appreciated being able to make a cup of coffee in the room ☺️. Everything I needed was there, and the hotel was so clean. The staff were humble, too. Thanks for an amazing stay at swiss bellin simatupang. I can't wait to come back again and again.
