We were a group of five on a golf trip from 28 January to 2 February, and the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were warm and attentive, and when I felt unwell on the second last day, they quickly brought food, water, and medication to the room. Ms Syanice Aprillia deserves a big thanks for arranging the trip so smoothly. The room had a clean, minimalist look and plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable, especially after long days out. Bathroom amenities were fresh, though a mini fridge, hand bidet, and handheld shower would’ve been welcome. Breakfast at the lounge was relaxed and pleasant. Getting in and out can be frustrating because the access road is narrow and one way, with traffic delays. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

For a business trip, this was a comfortable and productive stay. The room was quiet, clean, and equipped with a good work desk and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. Staff were professional and responsive, and both check-in and check-out went efficiently. The location is handy for business districts and transport. I’d definitely choose this hotel again for work.

Rai and Firliana were especially kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a warm smile. My room was cozy, tidy, and had all the facilities I needed. The location is strategic too, with restaurants and tourist attractions nearby. I really enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast has a good mix of hot and cold choices, and the rooms, small gym, and restaurant are kept clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. I keep enjoying my stays at the 101 Darmawangsa, with restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas nearby. The walls are thin, so you can often hear the neighbours, and the one way traffic setup can delay getting in and out. I’d recommend it to people travelling alone or with family.

The room was clean and tidy, with a large bathroom and just the right water pressure. I had to wait an hour after checking in at 2pm because it wasn’t ready, but thankfully we were upgraded. The hotel is in a very strategic spot in Darmawangsa Square, with cute cafés and restaurants a short walk away. The AC wasn’t working properly at first, so the room was hot, and we had to complain twice before it was fixed. Apart from that, I had a nice one-night stay.
