When our toddler had an accident, the staff acted right away. They found medicine for her and drove us straight to the nearest hospital. Everyone was so kind, especially the front desk team, our driver, who I think was called budi, and Jennifer at the bar station. My daughter felt comfortable with Jennifer. The food was excellent, and the service throughout was incredible. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at so far. I’d happily come back on our next Jakarta visit and recommend it to friends and family.

Getting to places was easy from here: the Jembatan Merah bus rapid transit stop is very close, Mangga Besar station is just a few steps away, and K-Mall in Kemayoran and Ancol are nearby too. Breakfast on the 2nd floor was a highlight, especially the Bircher Muesli and sausages. The restaurant is pork free, including the savoury wontons and shaumai. My room was clean, cool with good air conditioning, and had a smart TV; the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the shower had working hot water. Room service was helpful with my unattended bags, keeping them in a secure room in the lobby before bringing them up. It’s a newly opened, luxurious, high quality hotel, and I’d gladly stay again. There’s also a private shuttle car to the airport for a fee.

Everything felt easy and comfortable during my stay, and the staff were warm and quick to help. Adellia, Azmi, Angga, and Erland deserve a special thank you for their attentive support and hospitality. I had a wonderful time here and would definitely return. Highly recommended.

We booked a corner room, and it was spacious. The indoor pool and gym were nice, while the jacuzzi and sauna were superb. Rates 9/10. We’ll definitely bring the family back.
