Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay

The team made our honeymoon feel special from the very beginning. People knew our names everywhere, from breakfast to the pool, and Dwi made each day by the pool particularly lovely. Housekeeping surprised us with a beautiful honeymoon display on our last night, and they also marked Eric’s birthday with such thoughtfulness. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and our rides were smooth with professional drivers. Every little detail added to an unforgettable honeymoon. Thank you to the whole team!

The care from the people here is what I’ll remember most. Staff and management were warm, thoughtful, and professional the whole time. When I was tense and not feeling my best, they responded with patience and grace, and I’m really grateful. Nothing felt scripted, just genuine care. They also arranged a doctor within a few hours when I became unwell, which made a stressful situation much easier. I arrived at Four Seasons Jimbaran worn out after two very full-on weeks across three countries and five cities. From the start, everyone was kind and accommodating. The resort is beautiful, with epic views and stunning villas. The bedding is Four Seasons-level comfortable, breakfast is excellent, and the setting is calm and serene, just what you want in Bali. Everything is kept to an extremely high standard, and I couldn’t find anything to fault. You really do feel looked after here. I’m grateful to the whole team and hope to return many more times with family and friends. Thank you.

Our room was huge, with breathtaking views, and the food across the resort was on another level. We also appreciated how carefully the team handled our Grab rides around Bali, checking each driver for our safety. Service was warm and attentive everywhere. The staff were helpful, polite, and proactive, and kindly arranged an early check-in that got our stay off to a great start. Every request was met with a genuine “with pleasure,” and we felt welcome and cared for throughout. Yuda, Popo, Diwi, and Wahyu deserve a special mention for going above and beyond. They introduced us to authentic Indonesian and Balinese food and prepared incredible meals for us several times. We had a fantastic stay at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay, and we’ll absolutely be back. It sets a high bar for luxury, service, and hospitality. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The children’s play space stood out: it’s thoughtfully designed around kids’ comfort, needs, and imagination. It clearly feels like a meaningful part of the family experience, not an afterthought. After our 13-hour flight with two young children, finding a temporary room ready on check-in day made a huge difference. We didn’t have to wait in a common area until late afternoon, and that small gesture showed real understanding of traveling families. Our daughter Nora had just turned three, and the care she received was so touching. The pastry team made a beautiful cake based on our request, with lovely attention to detail. Vivi and Martini gave Nora birthday gifts and warmth that felt completely sincere. This is understated luxury, with intuitive service and thoughtful gestures that stay with you. We’re looking forward to the rest of our stay.
