Our villa was amazing, with a great outdoor area, a lovely pool and spa, a comfy bed, and air conditioning that worked wonders. The staff were so friendly, and we got cheap massages every day. Thanks so much for everything. Staying here was the best decision, and we’ll definitely be back!

The private villa had its own “swimming pool,” but the water pump never seemed to run as expected. Staff told me it operated from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., yet when I got back at 5 p.m. on Saturday, it stopped at 5:30. The place is okay, but it’s SUPER far from everything. I’ve been to Bali seven times over ten years, and this was by far the furthest from anything enjoyable. With the traffic, getting anywhere you want to go can take 1-2 hours. I wouldn’t recommend it given the price and how far away everything is.

That last hotel turned out to be the best part of our week in Bali. We stayed in three places as a family, and I wish we’d started here instead. Our two-bedroom villa was spotless, dry, and had everything we needed. Australian plugs fit the outlets directly, which was a great surprise. The restaurant was clean and reasonably priced. We didn’t get a chance to try the spa on our final night, but we’ll come back. My kid loved it most of all.

Reception kept turning down our requests without trying to find a way to help, which made this a lousy end to our Bali stay. The inside was filthy, with stains and worms, despite the grand, inviting exterior. There was no shampoo or conditioner either, unlike the other four- and five-star villas we stayed in. Our previous two accommodations were amazing, so this was a real letdown.
