I was lucky to stay here as a guest of friends who had recently become members. At Karma Jimbaran, one of my friends got sick and the staff called a doctor. They checked in to see if we needed anything and brought help quickly whenever we did. They were amazing. The housekeeping team was also so good, thank you, Risky, Merta and Pande 🙏☺️. And thanks to Happy at Karma Royal Spa for the incredible 90-minute treatment 🥰. The staff and service at both Karma Jimbaran and Karma Royal were amazing. Everyone made the stay so good, and I’d highly recommend a stay at a Karma property if you get the chance.

Mona coordinated with all of us and made sure everyone had a real treat of a stay. We appreciated how comfortable and rewarding the whole experience was. The staff were consistently welcoming, attentive, and professional. Thank you to Karma Jimbaran for giving us so many wonderful memories.

The stay was decent, but we missed having good Indian breakfast service throughout our visit. Indian breakfast at KARMA KANDARA should be improved as well. Kandara and Jimbaran have the same residence points value, so I don’t understand why there’s a difference in the food and service. Food is a major part of being satisfied with a resort stay. Please improve this for future guests so Indian guests can enjoy their stay.

We loved eating at The Bay restaurant. The staff there were fantastic, and the food was delicious. The resort itself is stunning, and everyone across the property was welcoming and attentive. Mona, the resort manager, deserves special thanks for her excellent service. She’s friendly and personable, always made time for a chat, and shared interesting insights about Balinese traditions. That personal touch added a lot to our trip. We had an amazing time at Karma Jimbaran and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali.

We came to Bali for seven days to relax and spend time together, especially on our daughter’s first trip. Instead, we got the familiar “just 1 hour” pitch and an offer of a “free taxi,” which felt like a hook for something much more misleading. A quick search makes it clear what this is, yet people are still being targeted and pressured to attend. It’s deceptive and completely out of place on a holiday. It’s genuinely disappointing that this is still being pushed. Don’t waste your time on it. You’ve spent good money to be here, so enjoy Bali and focus on your family. Being approached about a scam run by a fellow Aussie left a really bad impression.
