I was really disappointed by how dirty the place was and all the mosquitoes. I paid through the app, but they said they no longer worked with it, so I had to pay another 200 thousand. I wouldn't stay here.

The place was hot and uncomfortable, with lots of mosquitoes, a TV that didn't work, and AC that kept acting up. The listed price also wasn't the real price. The app showed 64K, then they charged me another 116K there. After I looked into it, it seemed management hadn't updated the actual 180K price. They charge consumers 64 thousand to tempt them with a cheap rate. I'm fed up with coming here. It isn't worth it.

I paid 85k through Agoda, then was asked for another 75k when I arrived. The bathroom had cockroaches everywhere, the TV wouldn't turn on, and they provided neither toiletries nor towels.

I had transferred payment through the OYO app, and it showed as fully paid, so I was ready to check in. At the front desk, though, they demanded an extra fee, saying they didn't agree with the app's price. This is really disappointing. The accommodation and OYO should have sorted out the pricing between themselves. Please look into this. I've also reported it to the OYO app.
