Kadek and her family are lovely hosts, honest and down to earth. The rooms stay clean and look just like the photos. The newer ones are especially cosy, with beautiful design, modern comforts in a Balinese compound, and blackout curtains. Ubud centre is about a 10-minute drive away.

The rooms look picture perfect, the view is stunning, service is great, and it’s affordable and close to Ubud center. I also loved the authentic feel. My only issues were that the AC couldn’t cool my room enough with its high ceilings, and I wished there were a pool area. I’d still happily return, or even stay longer term.

I had a great time here. The owner was so kind that she even lent me traditional clothes for my birthday water ceremony at the temple. The bed was very comfortable, there was hot water, and there’s a shop nearby.

We spent a month here and it suited us perfectly. The beautiful surroundings made it easy to unwind, and the owners were so warm and kind. The clean, comfortable rooms had Wi-Fi and the usual amenities. There’s also a shared kitchen and fridge, plus a small place to socialize or get some work done.
