The rate didn't seem accurate, and they added a Rp 20.000 surcharge at check-in. Check-in was very slow, electricity kept shutting off, and there was no breakfast. Bad management.

Maybe the hotel is old and hasn't been managed well. The good reviews from before may not be relevant anymore.

Getting to the city center meant taking a Gojek or Grab, which was a bit expensive. There were no restaurants or shopping options around the hotel. The room itself was very small, with just a bed, table, TV, air conditioning, and bathroom, and no closet. It was dusty and not very clean, and the trash hadn't been emptied. Signal was poor in my room, and it wasn't soundproof. Every time we switched on the lights, the air conditioner made a loud noise. The AC kept the room cool, though not cold. The basic bathroom had hot water, a sink, and a shower. DISTILLED 😂
