Hotel Indah Kendari

Good.

I was really disappointed staying here with my family. I booked through trafeloka and was put in a room at the far end of the third floor, where the wifi couldn't reach. They told me to go down to the lobby to use it. I only asked for a second-floor room, but they said the rooms were full, even though I checked in at 2 o'clock. I didn't see any cars or motorbikes in the parking lot or anyone walking around, so I wondered what was going on. It made me suspect that people booking through trafeloka were treated like stepchildren. The hotel employee just wanted to open the door and didn't check the list of occupied rooms. If you book through the app, be careful.

The hotel's structure is actually okay, but the place is incredibly dirty, like it had never been swept or mopped. Many toilets were broken and wouldn't flush, and the lights were dim. The rooms and hallways need proper sweeping and mopping.

There were lots of rats. The room smelled musty and like rats.
