The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and it was great having a safe in the room for valuables while we were out. The room and pool were lovely, and staff were great and very helpful. There's also laundry service for an extra charge. Such a lovely stay!

I was a little unsure when I booked, but changed my mind as soon as we arrived and the friendly, smiling staff welcomed us. Check-in was quick and simple, and the rooms were clean with plenty of amenities. It was peaceful and convenient, with the beach just a 5-10 minute walk away. The staff were incredible, and I'd recommend staying here.

The friendly staff tried their best to help, and I appreciated that. The hotel itself, though, is in serious need of renovation. There was mold, dust, and dirty bedsheets in my room, and I woke one morning to find a cockroach. The team moved me to another room, but the same problems remained there, including poor cleaning, moisture, and general wear and tear. I saw cleaning staff working, but the property didn't seem to get deep or regular upkeep. It looks tired, and even some of the main banner lights outside weren't working. Better hygiene, maintenance, and renovations could give the hotel real potential, but it needs urgent attention right now.

Customer service was very good, and the pool was nice, with food available to order poolside. The twin room was a little small and didn't have a walk-in shower, but we were only there for two nights.

We had our own little spot outside where we could watch the monkeys, which was really nice. The fan kept the room cool enough, and Diki was helpful and friendly. It's a great place near the town center and beach.
