Bed bugs crawling over the bed were the last straw. The room was filthy and unhygienic, and it seemed like management wasn't even keeping the place up to a basic standard. I checked out as soon as I found them and moved to another budget hotel. Don't bother staying here, spend a little more for somewhere else in Kendari.

The location is good and the staff are friendly, which is why I gave it two stars. Otherwise, this would be one. The rooms were very dirty, the sheets had stains and holes, some with burn marks, and the walls were moldy. There was no water at times, an electric plug was coming out of the wall, and some rooms had no bidet washer. Many windows faced a wall about 10 cm away. It was also very loud day and night. That's far too much to put up with for a room like this.

The staff weren't polite and seemed to be making fun of us, and they were very noisy late at night. Hotel work clearly doesn't seem to suit them, and they should reconsider their careers. In the room, the AC didn't cool, the Wi-Fi didn't work, many things were broken, and it was very unhygienic. There were so many mosquitoes that after we got in, we killed around 30 before we could even take a break. Smoke also came into the room through the vents or from somewhere else.
