2BR Villa Alice Dua in Seminyak

We are loving every minute at Kons Villa Bali and can't wait to come back. It's in the heart of Seminyak, with shops, cafés, and the beach just a short walk away. The staff are warm, helpful, and always trying to make the stay special. Our villa is spacious, stylish, and beautifully maintained, a little slice of paradise. Highly recommend! ⭐️

The bedroom was plenty for us, so we hardly used the living room area. The Kons Villa had the clean, spacious setup and private pool we needed. Staff were helpful and always available. The location was good, though I'd recommend a scooter to avoid walking in the heat.

The layout looked just like the online pictures, and we were impressed at first. Reception welcomed us with complimentary drinks and explained the booking details. The staff were very welcoming, but seeing so many lizards on the walls near the front desk was an early warning. When we toured the villa, the mirrors were unpleasant and rusty, and the room wasn't clean. Worse, creepy crawlies kept getting in through gaps in the roof and doors, which weren't fully covered. We left immediately because it was so uncomfortable and unsettling. Although the room was untouched, hotel policy meant we weren't entitled to a refund. The reception staff and caretakers tried to help us and get rid of the lizards, but management let us down. I wouldn't recommend this villa to anyone who doesn't want lizards in their room. Don't let the pictures fool you.

I saw previous reviews mentioning untrustworthy security, and I'm not sure what those were about. We had a really good stay. Security and concierge were great, and housekeeping did a really good job. The location was excellent, and the villa also offered chauffeur services to and from the airport, plus bike rental. Would recommend 10/10.
